One of the best tips for healthy eating is to eat more foods that are high in antioxidants. Antioxidants are vitamin A, C, D, E. Foods that are high in antioxidants are fruits and vegetables.

The purpose of antioxidants is to fight off something known as free radicals which brings about all kind of diseases in the body.

Another good health tip is to eat foods that are alkaline and not acid forming. Alkaline food helps to balance the acidity in your body. An alkaline pH balance of 7.25 is consider as excellent. Fresh fruits and vegetables are alkaline and all meats are acid forming.

Water is another good tip for healthy eating and should not be avoided under no circumstances. Although water is not eaten, it is still an essential part of your diet.

With out it you are dead, your body will not function correctly, your blood becomes toxic, your urine will stink, and your skin will break out. Make sure you drink eight cups a day.

The last healthy tip is not to eat between meals. The stomach needs time to digest the food, and when you eat between meals, it interrupt the previous digestion process,This will cause the previous food to ferment and rot which will cause the body to become toxic.
