Healthy Food To Eat? Take The Bite It Prolong Your Days And Prolong your nights!

Healthy food to eat is the right step in maintaining a healthy body.


By making this choice you are decreasing your chances of sickness and diseases. I will list the five food groups, foods that are healthy to eat, and the nutrients they contain.

The five food groups are:

  • Water
  • Dietary fat
  • Carbohydrates
  • Protein
  • Vitamins and Minerals

Water

water is needed because its involve in every function of the body. It's in every cell, tissue and organ as well.

Do not wait till you've got the sensation of feeling thirsty to start drinking water. By the time you're feeling thirsty , you're likely to be dehydrated. Regular water intake throughtout the day is a must.

Dietary

the body needs a certain amount of fat for proper body function. These fats are...

  • polyunsaturated fat
  • monounsaturated fat
  • unsaturated fat

Note: You would want to stay away from the saturated fat and trans-fat cause they are known to be prevent smooth blood flow.

Protein

protein is in every cell, tissue, and organ of the body, and these proteins are constantly broken and replace. Proteins in the food we eat is digested into amino acids that are later replaced in the body.

Vitamins and Minerals

Now you know the importance of the food groups and its functions, lets look at some healthy food to eat. These foods are high in nutritional value and cannot be over looked in our daily diet. When we over look them we are missing out on the benefits of eating healthy. Look at foods below that will be beneficial to you:

  • vegetables
  • legumes
  • grains

today when I go to the market grocery shopping with my wife, my heart gets excited when I see all the colorful foods to choose from: I call these colorful food '' a rainbow of yummies.''


Also when I eat them I always think about my body, how clean it must be on the inside...but you know, that just me, that's how I feel when I practice healthy eating.

The above nutrients will assist you in having a well balance diet but they must be apart of what you eat everyday.
