The benefits of eating healthy is astounding especially when you know the importance of it. Let me tell you briefly the importance of health. Its a great treasure and its the richest possession that we as human beings can have.

Wealth, honor, or learning is dearly purchased, if it be at the loss of the vigor of health. None of these attainment can secure happiness if health is wanting.

Let me give you and example.... when I came off foods that are toxic like meat, cheese, soda, and candy I saw a drastic change in my skin and weight. I had weighed a total of 200 pounds and now I am 163 pounds, that's a 37 pound drop, also the pimples on my face went away.

My wife always say, "I have wonderful skin" ...and it was not always like that. Today I am lighter in weight and feel good about my overall look... what can I say other than...."that's the benefits of eating healthy." Now the question that you might be asking yourself is...."what foods did he eat to acquire these benefits?" Well, here they are.....


apples, oranges, grapes, banana, prunes, cantaloupe, apricots, grapefruit, guava, mango, water melon, kiwi, and pineapple. They are more fruits, but those were just to name a few.


cabbage, lettuce, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, avocado, artichoke, asparagus, cauliflower, pumpkin, tomatoes, and spinach. Again they are way more vegetables, but these are the most common ones people choose daily. If you eat these foods on a daily bases you will see more benefits like....
