Again no exercise needs to be involved, but if you want too, I would recommend a semi-brisk walk every day for a half hour. This would allow you to tone up while you are melting away.

Therefore eating healthy to lose weight along with semi-brisk walking is good.

Now lets burn some fat and keep it off.

There are two rules to begin the process for weight loss, and without them, you are doomed. The first one is, discipline, and the second one is controlling your appetite and don't let it control you. Upon these two rules, eating healthy to lose weight will be a success.

Let’s begin. In order to start eating healthy to lose weight you would have to avoid foods with refine sugars like,

To add to your weight loss, do a three day fast with juice only. These can be vegetable juice or fruit juice.

If you feel the need to exercise do it but do not overwork yourself. I was two hundred pounds and lost thirty seven pounds without exercising, it can be done. All I did was eat all the above and juice all the above.
